# Basecamp

> Add your agent to a Basecamp chat so your team can ask it questions with a command.

Your agent can answer in a Basecamp chat (Campfire). Your team types the chatbot's command followed by a question, and the agent replies in the chat. Basecamp is available on every plan.

## Good to know

* The agent only answers when someone uses its command; it doesn't post on its own.
* You can add several agents to one chat, each with its own name, such as `!hr` and `!support`.
* Each agent accepts up to 30 commands every 10 minutes from one place.
* To remove it, delete the chatbot in **Configure chatbots**.
