# Limits and usage

> How many agents, actions, and knowledge your plan includes, what agent replies use from your allowance, and what happens when it runs out.

## What each plan includes

## What agent replies use

Agents don't use image & video credits. On paid plans:

* **Text replies** use your plan's words when the agent's model is marked **Uses words** in the [model list](/docs/agents/instructions-and-model#models). Models marked **No** don't use words. It's the same allowance as Marky and the tools, plus any [bonus words](/docs/account/buy-credits) you bought.
* **Images** that visitors send use 200 words each time the agent looks at them, on every model. See [Image attachments](/docs/agents/appearance#image-attachments).
* **Voice calls** from the website chat use words at twice the rate of a text reply, on every model. See [Voice calls](/docs/agents/voice#what-calls-cost).
* **Phone calls** through Twilio use words like text replies. Twilio bills the number and minutes separately.

Channels, knowledge, and conversations don't cost anything extra. Check your words on [**Settings** > **Usage**](/docs/account/usage).

## The Free plan

On the Free plan you can build one agent and try it out:

## When an allowance runs out

Usage is checked once a day.

* **Paid plans:** when your words are used up, agents on models that use words stop replying. Agents on models that don't use words keep working. They start again when your plan renews, when you upgrade, or when you buy more words.
* **Free plan:** after 100 messages in 30 days, all your agents stop replying until you upgrade.

You get an email when an agent is paused, and **Agent Details** shows **Agent Temporarily Blocked**. While paused, visitors get an error instead of an answer.

## If your subscription ends

When you no longer have a paid plan, agents on paid-only models switch to GPT-4o mini, and the "Powered by Easy-Peasy.AI" footer is shown again. You get an email about each change.
