Every plan includes every role, group chats, tasks, routines, approvals, and the company profile. ## What employees use Employees use the same allowance as [Marky](https://easy-peasy.ai/docs/marky/overview.md): * **Words.** Each reply uses your plan's words, at the rate of the employee's model, just like a message to Marky on that model. What the model reads and thinks counts too. See [Models and words](https://easy-peasy.ai/docs/marky/models.md). **Standard** quality is one of the cheapest models; **Best quality** uses about 6 times more per task. * **Image & video credits.** Images, videos, music, and speech an employee generates use credits as they do in Marky. * **Voice calls.** On Unlimited 200 and higher, Teams 200 and Teams 300, and Enterprise, spoken answers use words at twice the rate of a chat reply. On other plans, the 10 free minutes don't use words. See [Voice calls](https://easy-peasy.ai/docs/ai-employees/voice-calls.md#what-calls-cost). Routine runs, group chat replies, requests from [people you invite](https://easy-peasy.ai/docs/ai-employees/invite-people.md), and [Slack](https://easy-peasy.ai/docs/ai-employees/slack.md) conversations all use your allowance, the same way. In a group chat, each employee that replies uses words, so a job four employees work on costs about four replies. Hiring, the company profile, approvals, tasks, and knowledge don't use anything. Check your usage on [**Settings** > **Usage**](https://easy-peasy.ai/docs/account/usage.md). ## When your allowance runs out When your words are used up, employees stop replying until your plan renews, you upgrade, or you [buy more words](https://easy-peasy.ai/docs/account/buy-credits.md). Routines that would have run are skipped, and Slack messages get a note that the employee can't reply right now. ## On the Free plan | | Free plan | | - | - | | Employees | 1 | | Quality | **Standard**. **Best quality** and models for paid plans are locked. | | Group chats | Yes, with your one employee | | Invited people | 2 per group chat | | Voice calls | 10 minutes every 30 days, up to 3 minutes per call | | Words | Your plan's 2,000 words a month, shared with Marky and the tools | If your paid plan ends, the employees you have keep working, but you can't hire more until you're under the Free plan's number.
