> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://easy-peasy.ai/docs/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # Run a tool > Fill in a tool's form, choose the model, tone, language, and number of results, and edit, save, or share what it writes. Every tool works the same way: fill in the form, pick your options, and click **Generate**. This page uses **Instagram Post Caption** as the example. ## Fill in the form The Instagram Post Caption tool: optional image and video uploads, Post Topic New early-morning flow class, Mondays at 6:30 am, Tone of voice set to the Example Yoga Studio brand voice, Output length Short, AI Model Standard model, Generate Image? on, and Search the web? off Fill in the main field, such as **Post Topic**. Be specific: names, dates, prices, and the one thing readers should remember. Fields with a counter have a length limit. The **Dictate** microphone next to a text box types what you say, for up to 10 minutes at a time. **Tone of voice** decides how the result sounds. If you have [brand voices](/docs/brand-voice/create), pick one here; your newest one is selected for you. Pick **Custom** to type a tone instead, such as "witty" or "warm and reassuring". **Manage voices** opens Brand Voice. Some tools read an image, a video, or a document you upload, for example a photo to write a caption for, or a PDF to summarize. Reading a file adds 150 words to each result. | Option | What it does | | ------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | | **Output length** | **Short**, **Medium**, or **Long**, on tools that have it | | **AI Model** | Which AI writes the result. See [Models and words](/docs/tools/models) | | **Generate Image?** | Adds a matching image to each result, using [image & video credits](/docs/account/plans-and-credits): 3 per image | | **Search the web?** | Searches Google first, for results that need current information such as news, prices, or events | The bar under the form: Clear inputs, outputs 1, language English, and Generate **outputs** makes up to 5 different results at once, to compare. **language** writes the result in one of 45 languages, whatever language your inputs are in. **Clear inputs** empties the form. Results appear under **New Outputs** a few seconds later. You can leave the page; results are saved to [History](/docs/get-started/history). Some tools have two more options: * **Output Examples (optional)**: paste examples of results you like, and turn them on. The tool follows their format and style. * **Save default instructions for this tool**: instructions added to every run of that tool, such as your clinic's note format. ## Work with the results A result: the bottom of a generated image of a sunset yoga class, the caption Sunrise, savasana, and everything in between. Come flow with us Monday mornings at 6:30, your first class is on us, and the buttons thumbs up, thumbs down, delete, Edit, Favorite, Share, Save, and Copy | Button | What it does | | ------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **Copy** | Copies the result | | **Save** | Downloads it as a **PDF**, **Word**, or **TXT** file | | **Edit** | Opens the text in **Edit Content**. Select a part of it, or none, describe the change, such as "make it shorter" or "add emojis", and click **Submit Edit**. The edited version is saved to History as a new result | | **Favorite** | Adds it to **History** > **Favorites** | | **Share** | Makes a public link to it. See below | | Thumbs up and down | Tells us whether the result was useful | | Trash | Moves it to **History** > **Trash**, where you can restore it | **History**, next to **New Outputs**, lists everything you've made with this tool. If a result fails, its card says so and you aren't charged for it. Click **Generate** again. ## Share a result Click **Share** on a result and turn on **Share with anyone**. You get a link to a public page with the result, and buttons to post it on LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Reddit. Anyone with the link can view it, and it may be featured as an example on Easy-Peasy.AI. On the Unlimited and Teams plans, the **Standard model** doesn't use words. **Generate Image?** uses 3 image & video credits per result. See [Models and words](/docs/tools/models).
