I have reviewed your performance over the last six months and am concerned about several areas, particularly in account opening, "On Account," and transaction numbers. It is disheartening to see these figures, especially considering the potential you have.
As a humble request, I urge you to improve your performance to justify your salary. Currently, your output does not meet the expectations aligned with your compensation. We need to see significant improvement, Mr. Anand. While there may be various reasons or excuses, at the end of the day, performance is what truly matters.
Please review your report and consider that as a young, energetic, and well-educated staff member, producing such nominal numbers is disappointing. It is also concerning that you have not been able to convince a single staff member for account openings or for the Easy Gold program.
I hope you understand the gravity of the situation and will strive to perform better with immediate effect. Otherwise, I will need to consider other options
