There is no immortal mind, no eternal soul. There is no inner self, the true self is us. It is a belief of idealist philosophy. It is not the teaching of the Buddha. The truth cannot be told to understand. If told, it will be misunderstood again. Misunderstood that when we die, we are gone and nothing is left. Look at our children and grandchildren, what do we inherit from us? We inherit both physical self and abstract self inheritances. It is an endless cycle from generation to generation. Stopping means birth control, no children. Birth control to stop samsara. Birth control to break the cycle of suffering. Telling birth control to stop samsara. Birth control to break the cycle of suffering.

มองดูลูกหลานของเรา สิ่งใดที่เราได้รับมาจากเรา
เราสืบทอดทั้งร่างกายและคุณสมบัติทางจิตใจมาจากเรา เป็นวงจรไม่มีที่สิ้นสุดจากภพภูมิ
หยุดเท่ากับควบคุมการเกิด ไม่มีลูกหลาน ควบคุมการเกิดเพื่อหยุดสังสารวัฏ
ควบคุมการเกิดเพื่อหยุดวงจรของความทุกข์"
