Kevin let out a tired sigh, he puts down his phone on the desk, he leans his back on the chair. He closes his eyes, thinking when this would be over.
Next scene… He lies on his bed, staring at the ceiling for so long. Pondering the meaning of his life. He wants to distract his thoughts; he takes his phone from the nightstand beside his bed.
He enters google, search for "how to reduce anxiety/stress.". OR He opens Tide, a meditation app. He wears his Bluetooth earpiece and taps on the Meditation → Free → Stress. He closes his eyes listens the voice of the tutor.
(Audio: Tutor's speech. "Welcome to Tide. Maybe you're feeling stress during the time, or maybe you're suffering a long-term stress. It's okay, the following practice will help you to elevate stress and lead a better life.")
Kevin's muscles relax a bit after hearing the tutor's voice and guidance. The tutor voice: "To begin with, let's take several deep breaths, your mind and body can gradually relax. Breath into your nose,"
Kevin takes a deep breath.
The tutor audio: "and out from your mouth." Kevin exhales his breath.
He continues to inhale and exhale his breath.
In the next morning... Kevin wakes up, he opens his phone, the first thing that pops on his screen is the Tide app's daily quote.
"The mystery of life isn't a problem to solve, but a reality to experience." -by Writer, Frank Herbert.
Kevin smiles.
