• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of strategic account plans and delivery of exceptional customer service.

• Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic solutions that drive customer satisfaction and retention.

• Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements in the clinical trials and biological shipments spaces to inform strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for growth.

• Lead negotiations and contracting processes with strategic accounts, ensuring alignment with company policies and financial objectives.

• Provide strategic guidance and support to the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the global key accounts portfolio.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop innovative solutions and services tailored to the unique needs of strategic accounts, driving value and differentiation in the market.

• Act as a subject matter expert on global cold chain logistics and biological shipments, providing technical expertise and guidance to both internal teams and strategic account partners.

• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and client meetings to promote our capabilities, build brand awareness, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the strategic accounts space.
