What is the difference between this and the Change Character template?

Both use motion control, but this template emphasizes exact timing and choreography matching — ideal for routines, dances, and step-by-step actions. The Change Character template is better for general scene replacement.

Does the audio from the reference video transfer too?

The motion is transferred, but audio is not automatically carried over. You can add the original audio or new audio in post-production.

Can I match motion from a professionally filmed video?

Yes. Professional footage with steady camera work and clear subject visibility actually produces the best motion matching results.
