I would perpetually procrastinate studying to the last moments, causing pressure, accumulation of materials, and exhaustion. To improve, I decided to change this habit. I began by setting daily study goals and creating a daily timetable. By defining specific tasks and assigning a time for each task, I become more efficient and organized in utilizing my time. I utilized different techniques for self-motivation such as segmenting materials into smaller parts and setting a reward for myself after completing each part. I also made sure to avoid engagement with smartphones and social media during studying to avoid distractions and increase concentration. Cooperation with study mates was also beneficial. I exchanged information and solved problems with them, which aided in a better understanding of the materials and motivated me to study. The path towards improvement wasn't easy, but with patience and discipline, I achieved positive results. I learned that changing habits was necessary for academic success, and today, I feel proud of how much I have developed and improved my academic performance.
