Futuristic Medical Procedures with Cyborg Technology

The top of her forehead is clear for the lamp-post to fire its blue laser medical beams into a singular point to reprogram her consciousness. Her eyes are tightly shut while her mouth and chin are covered up in silver-gray duct tape that covers up to her ear lobes.
