    Copy the snippet

    In Easy-Peasy.AI, open your agent, go to Channels, then Chat bubble, click Manage and copy the install snippet.

    Add it in Custom code

    In your Wix dashboard, open Settings, then Custom code, click Add Code and paste it. Choose All pages, Load code once and Body - end.

    Check your live site

    Click Apply and open your published site. The chat bubble appears on every page.

Wix plans
Custom code needs a Wix plan that allows it. Without it, add the chat inside a page with an Embed HTML element.
On your published site
Custom code shows on your published site. Open it there to see the chat bubble.
Doesn’t slow your site
The bubble shows right away, and the chat itself loads once the page has settled.
Changes go live on their own
Change the bubble’s look or greeting in Appearance and your site updates within about a minute, with no new code.

  • How do I add an AI chatbot to my Wix site?

    Copy your agent’s install snippet, then in your Wix dashboard open Settings, Custom code, click Add Code, paste it, choose All pages and Body - end, and click Apply.

  • What if I don’t see Custom code?

    Your Wix plan may not allow it. Use the Wix Editor instead: add an Embed HTML element, paste the iframe code and publish.

  • Is the website chatbot free?

    Yes. The website chat works on every plan, including Free. Buttons, forms and bookings are actions, which need a paid plan.

  • Will it slow down my site?

    No. The bubble shows as soon as the page loads, and the chat itself loads in the background once the page has settled.

  • Can I change how the chat looks?

    Yes. Pick the position, icon, color and greeting in Appearance. Your site updates within about a minute, with no new code.

  • What can my agent learn from?
