    Create a bot

    In Telegram, message @BotFather, send /newbot and choose a name and a username that ends in “bot”.

    Copy the token BotFather sends you, paste it into your agent’s Telegram window and click Save.

Private chats
Your bot answers people who message it directly. It doesn’t answer in group chats.
Photos, not voice
Photos and screenshots work when image attachments are on. Voice messages aren’t answered, and other files can’t be opened.
One bot per agent
Each bot token connects to one agent. For a second agent, create a second bot with BotFather.
Keep the token private
Anyone with the token controls your bot. If it leaks, send /revoke to BotFather and connect the new token.
