Innovative Mixed-Use Building Design

The project is: Mixed-use building (commercial zone, apartments, and offices; the concept is the integration of nature with architecture. The ground floor and first level are commercial space, designed like a shopping center. Importantly, in the commercial zone, there is a tree that starts on the ground floor and extends slightly above the roof of the first level of the commercial area. To the right (as viewed from the observer) is the apartment building (10 levels, counting from the first level of the commercial zone), which features wooden latticework as a design strategy and small terraces with vegetation. The offices are located to the left (similarly viewed from the observer, also 10 levels after the first level of the commercial zone). These offices have unique terraces, as each level has wide organic-shaped terraces with abundant vegetation and wavy structures, found across the 10 levels of offices. It's important to highlight that this is a project very integrated with nature; the commercial area has many glass windows, emphasizing glass and wood. It is modern but above all integrates with nature. IMPORTANT: The photo is not exactly the project; it is an approximation of the idea. The commercial area on the first level has a curved structure, utilizing the ground floor roof as a terrace. It is notable that this part of the site is at the corner, allowing for a bend to take advantage of this corner.
