Original Prompt: Civil Design Project SCENARIO The South African Council for National Monuments has recently restored significant historical buildings on a wine estate on Plot 36 of 61 and declared them national monuments. To accommodate visitors, permission has been obtained from the South African Council for National Monuments to build a new restaurant and small museum on the estate.
