Drift alternative
Drift retires on January 31, 2027. Replace its chat with an AI agent.
Salesloft is retiring Drift and points chat customers to 1mind. If you used Drift to answer buyers, capture leads and book meetings, Easy-Peasy.AI does that from your own website and files, on plans that start free and then cost $16 a month.

The short version. Who should move to Easy-Peasy.AI, and who shouldn’t.
Choose Easy-Peasy.AI if
- You used Drift to answer buyers’ questions, qualify them and book meetings, and want an AI agent that does that from your own content.
- You want to be live well before January 31, 2027, without a sales process.
- You want the same agent on WhatsApp, email and the phone, not only your website.
Choose another tool if
- Your reps take live chats: Easy-Peasy.AI has no live chat for your team. Salesloft recommends 1mind for Drift chat customers.
- You identify anonymous companies on your site and route them by account.
- You need chat data written straight into Salesforce or HubSpot.

What’s actually different. The four that matter most.
Answers buyers from your content, any hour
An Easy-Peasy.AI agent reads your website and documents, answers the question the buyer actually asked, day or night, and offers the next step: a meeting, a form or a link.
Books meetings and captures leads
With the Google Calendar action, the agent offers free times from your calendar and books the meeting in the chat. Collect Data asks for a name, email or company in the conversation and sends it to your inbox or a webhook.
Priced for teams of any size
Drift’s last public price started at $2,500 a month, billed yearly. Easy-Peasy.AI has a free plan, and paid plans start at $16 a month.[2]
On more than your website
The same agent can answer on WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, LINE, email and phone calls, so buyers get the same answers wherever they reach you.

Easy-Peasy.AI replaces Drift’s AI chat, not everything Drift did. Look elsewhere if this is you:
- 1
Your reps take live chats. Easy-Peasy.AI has no live chat for your team; Salesloft recommends 1mind for Drift chat customers.[1]
- 2
You identify anonymous companies on your site and route them by account, as Drift Intel did. We don’t identify visitors.[5]
- 3
You need conversations written straight into Salesforce or HubSpot. We pass leads on by webhook or Zapier instead of a native CRM sync.
- 4
You’re a Clari + Salesloft customer and want the path Salesloft set up: 1mind for chat and allGood for Drift Email.[1]
Switching from Drift. Four steps, no code.
Salesloft says the Drift widget stops working on January 31, 2027, and takes data export requests through your account team. A replacement can be live long before then:
- 1
Build the agent from your website
Enter your website when you create the agent. It reads up to 100 pages, writes its own instructions and matches your brand colors.
How it works - 2
Ask for your Drift data export
Request an export from your Salesloft account manager or support before your access ends, so your chat history and leads are kept.
- 3
Rebuild your playbooks as actions
Add Google Calendar to book meetings, Collect Data for your qualifying questions, and the Email action to alert your team about hot leads.
How it works - 4
Remove the Drift script, add ours
Replace the Drift code on your site with our one-line snippet, then connect WhatsApp, email or a phone number if you like.
How it works
What customers say. Straight from G2, Capterra and Trustpilot.

When does Drift shut down?
Salesloft retires Drift on January 31, 2027. Your access ends then, or when your contract ends if that comes first, and the chat widget stops working. Data is kept offline for export requests until April 30, 2027 and deleted on May 1, 2027.
What does Salesloft recommend instead of Drift?
According to Salesloft’s Drift Sunset FAQ, 1mind for chat and allGood for Drift Email.
Can Easy-Peasy.AI book meetings like Drift?
Yes, on paid plans. Connect Google Calendar and add the Google Calendar action: the agent offers times that are free in your calendar and books the meeting during the chat.
Can it route chats to my sales reps?
No. There is no live chat for your team. The agent collects the visitor’s details, emails your team and books meetings, so your reps follow up.
How do leads get into my CRM?
The Collect Data action can post each lead to a webhook, for example a Zapier or Make webhook that adds it to Salesforce or HubSpot. With “Also save to Leads” on, they also appear on the Leads page, where you can export them.
How much does Easy-Peasy.AI cost?
There is a free plan with 1 agent and 100 messages every 30 days. Paid plans start at $16 a month with 2 agents, and every plan is a flat monthly price.
