Chatbase alternative
More agents. More channels. One flat monthly price.
Like Chatbase, Easy-Peasy.AI builds an AI agent from your website and files. Our plans include more of it: at least 2 agents instead of 1, Telegram, LINE and phone calls from the first paid plan, and no cap on messages.

Choose Easy-Peasy.AI if
- You want more than one agent, for example one per brand, language or client, without paying $300 a year for each extra one.
- Your customers are on Telegram, LINE, WhatsApp, email or the phone, and you want all of them on the first paid plan.
- You want a flat monthly plan with no message cap, and 8 models whose replies don’t count against your allowance at all.
Stay with Chatbase if
- Your team answers chats too: Chatbase has a helpdesk inbox where people take over from the AI, on Standard and up.
- You need Instagram DMs, chat inside your own iOS or Android app, or handoff into Zendesk, Salesforce or HubSpot.
- You rely on deeper commerce actions, such as Shopify returns or Stripe subscription changes.

What’s actually different. The four that matter most.
More than one agent on every paid plan
Every Chatbase plan includes one AI agent, and each extra one costs $300 a year. Our Starter plan includes 2 agents, Unlimited 4 and Unlimited 200 8, so a second brand, language or client doesn’t add to the bill.[1]
A flat plan instead of message credits
On Chatbase every reply spends 1 to 5 message credits, depending on the model, and the agent stops when the month’s credits are gone. Our paid plans have no message cap: premium models use words from your plan’s monthly allowance, and 8 models, such as DeepSeek V4 Flash and GLM 5.3, use none at all.[2][5]
Telegram, LINE and the phone on the first paid plan
Chatbase covers the website, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Slack and email, and phone calls start on its $150 Standard plan. Easy-Peasy.AI adds Telegram and LINE, and answers calls on your own Twilio number on any paid plan.[3][1]
Your brand without a $1,188 add-on
Chatbase charges $1,188 a year to remove “Powered by Chatbase” on its self-serve plans. With us, your agent’s name, avatar and colors are yours on every plan, and hiding our badge is included from Unlimited 200.[1]

In fairness
When Chatbase is the better choice.
We’d rather you pick the right tool than switch and regret it. Chatbase is the stronger choice if:
- 1
Your team takes over chats. Chatbase has a helpdesk inbox with live chat from Standard, and hands tickets to Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom, HubSpot, Freshdesk and others. Easy-Peasy.AI has no live chat for your team.[1][13]
- 2
You need Instagram DMs, or the agent inside your own iOS or Android app.[3]
- 3
You want deeper commerce actions, such as Shopify returns and exchanges or Stripe subscription changes.[10]
- 4
You need enterprise paperwork: a HIPAA agreement, SSO and audit logs, on Chatbase Enterprise.[1][14]
Switching from Chatbase. Four steps, no code.
There’s no import button between the two, but what a Chatbase agent knows is usually a website and a few files, and those are quick to rebuild.
- 1
Build the agent from your website
Enter your website when you create the agent. It reads up to 100 pages, writes its own instructions and matches your brand colors.
How it works - 2
Add your files and Q&As
Upload the PDFs and Word files you gave Chatbase, add your Q&A pairs, or sync files from Google Drive or OneDrive so they stay current.
How it works - 3
Paste your instructions and test
Copy your Chatbase instructions into the agent, pick a model and try your hardest questions in the Playground.
How it works - 4
Swap the snippet and connect channels
Replace the Chatbase script on your site with our one-line snippet, then connect WhatsApp, Telegram, email or a phone number.

What is the best Chatbase alternative?
It depends on what you use Chatbase for. For an AI agent trained on your website that answers on your site, WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, email and the phone, Easy-Peasy.AI does the same job with at least 2 agents per paid plan and no message cap. If your team takes over chats in a helpdesk, a tool with a live chat inbox, Chatbase included, fits better.
How much does Chatbase cost?
As of October 2026, Chatbase’s Hobby plan is $40 a month ($32 billed yearly) with 700 message credits, Standard is $150 ($120) with 4,000 credits, and Pro is $500 ($400) with 15,000 credits. Every plan includes one agent; extra agents cost $300 a year each.
How is Easy-Peasy.AI priced differently?
Our plans are a flat monthly price with no message cap. Replies from premium models use your plan’s monthly words, and 8 models, such as DeepSeek V4 Flash and GLM 5.3, use none. Starter is $16 a month and includes 2 agents.
Can I import my Chatbase agent?
Not automatically. You can rebuild it in a few minutes: enter your website, upload the same files, paste your instructions, then swap the embed code on your site. Your Chatbase conversation history stays in Chatbase.
Can a person take over a conversation from the agent?
Not in Easy-Peasy.AI. The agent answers every message, and it can collect contact details or email your team when someone needs a person. Chatbase has a live chat inbox for this on Standard and up.
Does Easy-Peasy.AI have a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 1 agent and 100 messages every 30 days on your website, Telegram, Messenger and Slack, with no credit card needed.
