Choose Easy-Peasy.AI if

  • You want an agent that answers from your content without designing workflows or writing code.
  • You’d rather pay a flat monthly price than buy conversation packs as you grow.
  • You want phone calls on a regular paid plan, not Enterprise.

Stay with Botpress if

  • You’re building something custom: multi-step logic, code, your own integrations or several agents working together.
  • Your team takes over conversations: Botpress Desk is included on every plan.
  • You need a channel we don’t have, such as Microsoft Teams, Instagram or WeChat.

What’s actually different. The four that matter most.

01

No studio to learn

Botpress gives builders a visual studio with workflows and JavaScript, plus a developer kit, and that freedom is its strength. If what you need is an agent that answers from your content, Easy-Peasy.AI builds it from your website: it reads your pages, writes its own instructions and is ready to test in minutes.[2][4]

02

A monthly price, not a conversation count

Botpress Plus includes 250 conversations a month for $150 billed yearly, then adds packs of 100 for $65. Our paid plans have no message cap: premium models use your plan’s monthly words, and 8 models, such as DeepSeek V4 Flash and GLM 5.3, use none.[1]

03

Phone calls on every paid plan

On Botpress’s pricing page, voice is part of Enterprise. Our agents answer phone calls on your own Twilio number on any paid plan, and website visitors can talk to them in the chat from Unlimited 200.[1]

04

Email, WordPress and Zapier, ready to use

Botpress connects email through Gmail, adds its chat to WordPress with a code plugin, and has Zapier in private beta. Each Easy-Peasy.AI agent gets its own email address or answers from your Gmail or Outlook mailbox, and there’s a WordPress plugin and a Zapier app.[15][16][17]

In fairness

When Botpress is the better choice.

We’d rather you pick the right tool than switch and regret it. Botpress is the stronger choice if:

  • 1

You’re building something custom: multi-step logic, code, your own integrations or several agents working together. Botpress’s studio and developer kit are made for that.[2][20]

  • 2

Your team takes over conversations. Botpress Desk is included on every plan, with routing on Team.[1][18]

  • 3

You need a channel we don’t offer, such as Microsoft Teams, Instagram or WeChat.[5]

  • 4

You have a large team: the Team plan has unlimited seats.[1]

Switching from Botpress. Four steps, no code.

A Botpress knowledge base is usually a website and some files, and those come across in minutes. Workflows don’t; keep the parts that matter as instructions and actions.

  1. 1

Build the agent from your website

Enter your website when you create the agent. It reads up to 100 pages, writes its own instructions and matches your brand colors.

    How it works
  2. 2

    Add your files and Q&As

Upload the PDFs and Word files you gave Botpress, add your Q&A pairs, or sync files from Google Drive or OneDrive so they stay current.

    How it works
  3. 3

Turn workflows into instructions and actions

Write the rules from your workflows as plain instructions, then add actions: a Custom Action to call your API, Collect Data for forms, Google Calendar for bookings.

    How it works
  4. 4

Swap the webchat and connect channels

Replace the Botpress webchat with our one-line snippet, then connect WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, email or a phone number.

    How it works

Questions, answered.

Still wondering about something? Ask the agent on this page. We built it with the same tools you get.

  • Is Easy-Peasy.AI easier to use than Botpress?

For an agent that answers from your content, yes: you enter your website, add files and write instructions in plain language, with no workflows or code. For custom logic, integrations of your own or developer tooling, Botpress is the more flexible tool.

  • How much does Botpress cost?

As of October 2026, for new workspaces: a free plan with 100 conversations, Plus at $150 a month billed yearly with 250 conversations, Team at $750 a month billed yearly with 1,500, and Enterprise by quote. Extra conversations come in packs of 100 for $65 on Plus or $50 on Team.

  • Does Easy-Peasy.AI charge per conversation?

No. Paid plans are a flat monthly price with no message cap. Replies from premium models use your plan’s monthly words, and 8 models, such as DeepSeek V4 Flash and GLM 5.3, use none.

  • Can I move my Botpress bot over?

Not automatically. Rebuild the knowledge from your website and files in a few minutes, write the important rules as instructions, and add actions for API calls, forms and bookings.

  • Can I self-host either one?

No. Botpress has sunset its self-hosted version 12, and Easy-Peasy.AI is a hosted service.

  • Does Easy-Peasy.AI have a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan includes 1 agent and 100 messages every 30 days on your website, Telegram, Messenger and Slack, with no credit card needed.
