What’s actually different. The three that matter most.
AI isn’t an add-on
Tidio’s plans pay for the chats your team answers, and Lyro AI is bought separately, from $39 a month for 50 conversations to $700 for 1,000. Our plans are built around the AI agent and have no message cap: premium models use your monthly words, and 8 models, such as DeepSeek V4 Flash and GLM 5.3, use none.[1]
Telegram, LINE and the phone on the first paid plan
Tidio adds Telegram, Slack alerts and Twilio on its Plus plan, from $300 a month, and doesn’t list LINE. Our Starter plan includes WhatsApp, LINE, email and phone calls, and Telegram, Messenger and Slack work on the free plan too.[3][9][1][4]
You pick the AI model
Lyro runs on Claude and Tidio’s own models. Our agents run on the model you choose, from 46 models from 9 AI labs, and you can switch any time without retraining.[2]

In fairness
When Tidio is the better choice.
We’d rather you pick the right tool than switch and regret it. Tidio is the stronger choice if:
- 1
Your team answers chats. Tidio is a full live chat and helpdesk with a shared inbox, ticketing, macros, and apps for phone and desktop.[1][8]
- 2
You sell on Shopify and want product recommendations in the chat and orders managed from the inbox.[1]
- 3
You need Instagram messages in the same inbox, answered by AI or your team.[7]
- 4
You use visual chatbot flows for marketing, such as discount pop-ups.[1]
