Prices you can see
Voiceflow doesn’t publish its prices; you see them in the app or get a quote, and the bill adds credits for each message, phone minute and AI token. Our plans are on our pricing page: a flat monthly price with no message cap.[1][2]
Messaging apps built in
Voiceflow lists web chat, phone, SMS and its API as channels. Easy-Peasy.AI connects WhatsApp in one click and also answers on Messenger, Telegram, LINE, Slack and email.[1]
An agent without a canvas
Voiceflow agents are designed with playbooks and workflows on a canvas, which gives teams fine control. Ours is built from your website and instructions written in plain language, so one person can run it.[3]

In fairness
When Voiceflow is the better choice.
We’d rather you pick the right tool than switch and regret it. Voiceflow is the stronger choice if:
- 1
You design complex conversations, with branching workflows, code steps and separate environments for testing and release.[8][13]
- 2
Voice is your main channel: Voiceflow provides its own numbers, outbound calls, call transfer and a choice of speech providers.[4][9]
- 3
You hand off to a contact center, such as Genesys or Zendesk messaging.[12]
- 4
You need SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 reports, or Enterprise options such as SSO and a private cloud.[14][15][5]
Switching from Voiceflow. Four steps, no code.
Your Voiceflow knowledge base comes across quickly. Workflows don’t; keep the parts that matter as instructions and actions.
- 1
Build the agent from your website
Enter your website when you create the agent. It reads up to 100 pages, writes its own instructions and matches your brand colors.
How it works - 2
Add your files and Q&As
Upload the PDFs and Word files you gave Voiceflow, add your Q&A pairs, or sync files from Google Drive or OneDrive so they stay current.
How it works - 3
Turn workflows into instructions and actions
Write your playbooks’ rules as plain instructions, then add actions: a Custom Action to call your API, Collect Data for forms, Google Calendar for bookings.
How it works - 4
Add the chat and connect channels
Replace the Voiceflow widget with our one-line snippet, then connect WhatsApp in one click, or a phone number through Twilio.

How much does Voiceflow cost?
Voiceflow doesn’t publish its prices: plans (Free, Pro, Business and Enterprise) are priced in the app or by quote. Its last public price list, from April 2025, started Pro at $60 a month for 10,000 credits and Business at $150 for 30,000. Credits are $0.005 each, and a message uses 1.
Is Easy-Peasy.AI a no-code Voiceflow alternative?
Yes. You build the agent from your website and files and write its instructions in plain language, with no canvas or code. Voiceflow gives more control over complex conversations, if you need that.
Can Easy-Peasy.AI answer phone calls?
Yes, on paid plans, on your own Twilio number. Visitors can also talk to the agent in your website chat from Unlimited 200. For voice-first projects with outbound calls or call transfer, Voiceflow goes further.
Does Easy-Peasy.AI work on WhatsApp?
Yes, on paid plans. You connect your WhatsApp Business number in one click by signing in with Facebook, and the agent answers there with the same knowledge as on your site.
Can I import my Voiceflow agent?
Not automatically. Add the same website and files as knowledge, write the main rules as instructions, and recreate API calls as Custom Actions.
Does Easy-Peasy.AI have a free plan?
Yes: 1 agent and 100 messages every 30 days, with no card needed. Paid plans start at $16 a month.
