Does it join my Zoom, Meet or Teams calls?
No bot joins your calls. The note taker records through your microphone, so it works best for meetings in the room. For online calls, upload the call’s recording instead.
How long can I record?
Up to 2 hours per recording. Longer events can be recorded in parts.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Open the note taker in your phone’s browser and press record. Keep the page open while you record.
Is it free to use?

How long can my recording be?
Long recordings are fine: a file counts as one transcription whatever its length. Recordings made with the AI Note Taker can run for up to 2 hours.
Which languages can it transcribe?
45 languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Hindi and Arabic. You can pick the language or let it be detected automatically.
Can it tell different speakers apart?
Yes. Turn on speaker detection and each line is labelled with its speaker and a timestamp. You can give every speaker a name.
