01

Upload the recording

Upload the MP4 or M4A that Zoom saved, or a recording from Google Meet or Microsoft Teams.

02

Speakers are told apart

Turn on speaker detection and name each person once. Every line shows who said it and when.

03

Get notes and action items

Generate a summary, action items and the questions raised, then share them with your team.

Your call recordings, finally useful.

  • Works with every platform

Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex: if it saves a recording, you can transcribe it.

  • Audio-only files are fine

Zoom also saves an M4A of the audio. It’s smaller, uploads faster and gives the same transcript.

  • No bot in your meeting

Nothing joins your calls. You choose which recordings to transcribe.

More than a transcript. Everything you need after it.

Every transcript comes with the tools to use it: notes written for you, answers about what was said, subtitles and a link to share.

Who said what, and when

Speakers are told apart for you and every line has a timestamp. Give each speaker a name and the transcript shows it on every line.

Notes written for you

Summaries, action items, show notes, articles, social posts and more, written from your recording.

Ask your recording

Chat with the transcript to find a decision, a quote or a number without scrolling.

Subtitles in one click

Download SRT or VTT files for YouTube, Premiere and most video editors.

45 languages

Pick the language your recording is in, or let it be detected for you.

Questions and answers.

  • Where do I find my Zoom recording?

Local recordings are saved in the Zoom folder in your Documents. Cloud recordings can be downloaded from the Recordings page of your Zoom account.

  • Can I transcribe Google Meet and Teams recordings too?

Yes. Download the recording and upload it, or paste a Google Drive link to a Meet recording that’s shared with anyone who has the link.

  • Will my colleagues’ names show in the transcript?

Speakers are labelled automatically. Give each one a name once, and the name shows on every line they speak.

  • Is it free to use?

Yes. Every account gets 2 free transcriptions a month, with speaker labels, timestamps and subtitle downloads included. Paid plans add more transcriptions, starting at 25 a month.

  • How long can my recording be?

Long recordings are fine: a file counts as one transcription whatever its length. Recordings made with the AI Note Taker can run for up to 2 hours.

  • Which languages can it transcribe?

45 languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Hindi and Arabic. You can pick the language or let it be detected automatically.

  • Can it tell different speakers apart?

Yes. Turn on speaker detection and each line is labelled with its speaker and a timestamp. You can give every speaker a name.

  • What can I do with the transcript?

Copy it, download subtitles as SRT or VTT, share a link, or generate a summary, action items, show notes, an article and more from it. You can also ask questions about the recording in a chat.

  • Are my recordings private?

Yes. Only you can open your transcripts unless you share them, and we don’t use your recordings to train our own models. Easy-Peasy.AI is SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR and HIPAA compliant.
